A rather charming, soft, ambient restaurant offering international cuisine with a clear Scottish twist and bias, in impressive a la carte menus equalling those of the finest restaurants around, exquisitely complemented by a carefully chosen, comprehensive list of wines from all over the world. Enjoy informal evening dining 7 - 9.00 p.m. daily.
* The hotel function room can comfortably accommodating up to 100 people theatre style and 80 in dinner dance format, weddings for up to 80 guests.
* A lovely homely ambience, peppered as required for our grading peers, by all the usual contraptions - TV, direct dial phone, guest toiletries, lovely fresh towels and bath sheets, a well stocked hospitality tray - but these enhance the comfort rather than being the comfort - so many modern bedrooms lack that indigenous ambience derived from character, and have to make it up with room technology as we call it here.
* A wonderful selection of individually shaped, styled, appointed and decorated rooms, and yes we're looking to exclusively dedicate some of the rooms to be really friendly to our lady travellers. Please note that all of the bedrooms are non-smoking.
