This exclusive hotel lies on the Plaza de Espana at the heart of the beautiful old town of Aviles. Commercial areas with shops, a nightlife options, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The culturally attractive, historical city offers guests rich variety. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the wonderful cathedral of Aviles. In addition, links to the public transport network lie about 500 m away, meaning that this hotel provides a good location for those wishing to explore the area. The stunning sandy beach is around 3 km away and the transfer time to Asturias airport takes about 10 minutes.

Occupying a 17th century building, which was a former palace, this hotel was renovated in 2003, with careful protection of the historical structure. The building includes 77 rooms (of which 7 are suites) spread over 4 floors. Facilities on offer include an inviting foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom and lifts. Dining options include a cafe and an exquisite a la carte restaurant, Principado, with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Further facilities include a well-equipped meeting room with Internet access as well as 4 function rooms with the latest technology. Children's supervision is available on request.
