You can enjoy your meal at �Tipuana� with the best wines from all over the world. One of our most requested dishes is the �Cabrito Cordob�s� (Cordoban goat). In the northern part of the province the best goats in the region are raised. The preparation consists of baking the goat with oil, lard, lemon juice, ground �aj� chilli or black pepper, oregano, and salt. It comes with golden potatoes flavoured with olive oil, thyme, and salt.
