"Great hospitality"
Congratulations to the Housekeeping Staff of this hotel for the excellent work they do here. I am staying at this hotel for 2 years now because firstly the location suits my needs. The Hotel Management changed and I am amazed each time I return here to see how much a hotel can improve in a very short period of time. I love the new white duvets and the hospitality tray with tea and coffee! Nice prices and nice rooms! Fantastic deal!

"Lovely time & comfort for the reasonable price"
Just returned from a weekend stay. The room size was adequate, very clean, and well kept during our two night stay. We arrived a bit early on Friday expecting not to check in until 2pm, however the room was ready and we checked in immediately. The location could not have been better,easy walk to Hyde Park & Oxford Street, just a few minutes away from Paddington Under ground Railway Station. All in all, we would definitely stay here again, based on the above comments and the cost of the room for this area of London.

Me and my wife stayed at Niki Hotel November 24 – 27. This Hotel is in an excellent location for anyone who wants to get around London, very close to Paddington Station which makes it easy to use Heathrow Express. Location is also superb for morning walks in Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens. The front desk staff was very helpful. Our room was not ready on arrival but the reception staff arranged for our bags to be taken and left at the Hotel while we went sightseeing. The room was a little small, but very clean and well appointed, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was good as well. Most importantly, we will for sure stay here again when we visit London next year.
