Warning !!!
The location of the hotel is not near the city,you need to take a long ride with train so it´s more in the suburbs, a place where I wouldn´t take a stroll after sundown. The staff is unwilling to listen to complaint and lies right in your face when questions are asked. The rooms on the top floor is most likely the warmest place in the building, due to the central heating ?, the temprature around 40 degrees C, not at all acceptable. Beware of major dissappointment if you book a room at Norfolk House Hotel !!!

Clean room, comfortable, nice value for money. The lock of my room was jamming - I had to struggle to enter.

location for visiting family
connecting door to next room - could hear every word occupants were saying. They could hear us also, knocked and asked us to lower t.v. at 10 pm which we did, but couldnt hear it, so switched off and had early night - bit inconvenient. Didnt complain, because its a good hotel and the staff are very good, plus we have stayed a number of times, and it suits us fine.

I am enquiring about A/C is it available in rooms as I am going to London by end of june until 6 of july? thinking about booking in Norfolk House Hotel
