"Absolutely Amazing!!!"
I can't believe there weren't more reviews written on this hotel. My best friend and I booked this hotel from Jan 2nd- Jan 6th 2007. We were absolutely amazed when the taxi drove up and we saw this hotel. The drive was about 45 minutes from the airport and cost approximately 600 baht for 2 people. This hotel is away from Patong Beach and Phuket Town, so it gives you a chance to relax, which is something we needed after trying to spend New Years in Bangkok. Upon arrival, our bags were taken and we sat down at a round table where they brought us refreshments and had us fill out all of our paperwork. We were then led to our room, which was a deluxe beach front room with 2 single beds. The room was beautiful. The bathroom was gorgeous. The views of the beach from outside our room were breathtaking. The staff here fall over each other to help us get whatever we need. They were very helpful and thoughtful and made our stay enjoyable. The pictures speak for themself. One thing I must note. We had to leave late on January 5th to catch a flight back to the US from Bangkok that left at 1 a.m. on the 6th. When we told the hotel staff we were leaving and needed a taxi to the hotel they seemed very concerned. They kept noting that our checkout wasn't until the following day. So when we went back to the room I got a call from a supervisor who said she had been informed from here staff that we were leaving and asked what was wrong, were there any problems, why were we leaving so early. My friend and I thought it was so nice that they were concerned, but we had no problems with the hotel. In fact, we loved it so much we didn't want to leave, and entertained the thought of missing our flight on purpose. Overall, I was more than satisfied with this hotel, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax, and enjoys being pampered and taken care of. This hotel reminded me somewhat of an all-inclusive resort, when they do the theme nights and have different activities set up. It was very fun. You should definitely stay here if you are staying in Phuket.

"Fabulous Phuket"
The Novotel Coralia on Patong Beach in Phuket is just heaven on earth. The staff are so friendly and always smiling. The rooms are first class and spotlessly cleaned every day. The 3 pools that form a water fall through the resort are just stunning. We were shocked that a family of 5 could stay in luxury so cheaply. The food was just beautiful with so many choices for each meal you definitely won't get board with the 'full' board option. Our 3 teenagers have all vowed they're going back there for their honeymoons ! We all felt safe and very looked after within the resort and in all areas of the beach tourist area, even late at night. The locals were so friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back.
