"High standard as always from Novotel" Same as always... with novotel... CONSITENTLY GOOD!!! Excellent hotel, clean and more than just functional!! Hotel is based on Broad Street which seems to be the nightlife centre of the city.... bar after bar after bar. Was a little apprehensive about this, safety etc... but although I expect there could be trouble on the street I didn;t encounter it and none of the noise etc could be heard in the hotel reception area or room. Staff were excellent at check in and check out. Only recommendation I would make to any potential guest of this/any other Novotel/Accor chain hotel is NEVER to pay the full tariff. There are many good internet deals to pay if you get in early/reasonably early ... and it saves the frustration I witnessed with another guest who was paying double the discounted rate his friends were paying!

"Loved the Novotel" We picked this specific hotel as my friend had to attend a interview. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and of a good standard. The beds were unbelievby comfortable, couldn't get out of beds sometimes!! Your very close to all amenties; O'neils, Sainsburys and resturants were down the road. The Bullring and markets is about a 10-15 mins walk. I very enjoyable walk. Breakfast is a must so much to choose from. Would definatley stay here again. Would recommend it to anyone!

"excellent choice for birmingham" been to birmingham a couple of times (to watch villa play!). best hotel i stayed in. only 72GBP through the hotel website. room was larger than normal. comfy bed. superb breakfast. everything you needed. only complaint was that on the sat night there was a wedding downstairs and as we were on the 1st floor the music was quite loud until 1.30am. Ask for a quieter room and it'll be perfect. location was just right. close enough to all restaurants and shops. will stay there again.

"the amazing novotel" This amazing little hotel is just about as good as it gets! The rooms are spacious and modern, and extremely welcoming. The food is delectable. But most of all it has to be a first class award to the staff. I have never felt such at ease in a hotel, the staff are friendly but profesional, and nothing is too much trouble for them, their customer service is the best i have encountered. They give a first class impression or the Acorr group, and of the wonderful city of Birmingham.

"Fabulous room" This hotel was wonderful. The staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. The superior novatine room was fabulous! My boyfriend and I have stayed at many hotels abroad and the Novotel in Birmingham City Centre was amongst the best. We only stayed for one night, but we are planning to go to Birmingham again in October for two nights and we will definently stay at the Novotel.
