"brilliant brand new hotel" This was the best hotel we stayed in during our recent trip to malaysia. Outstanding value (we booked via the Accor website for RM221 per night). The hotel is almost brand new and the service is superb at all levels. Check in was smooth, room was immaculate. Comfy bed, pillows were a little soft. Bathroom spotless and no complaints in room at all. The gym is well equipped and maintained and not used much. Pool is a touch on the small side but I didn't try it myself. The spa wasn't open yet during our stay but apparently is very soon. The breakfast buffet is by far the best we encountered in malaysia. The service from the staff in the square (coffee lounge/breakfast area) was nothing short of exceptional. we were served espresso coffee as part of the breakfast buffet which was a great touch we haven't encountered before. A word of warning if booking through the website for a special rate: the special does not include breakfast. to pay for it costs RM28pp but it is worth it as there aren't any good places for breakfast very nearby. Location is great, close to KLCC and bukit bintang with their shopping malls. Also walking distance to putra line MRT and the monorail. You may have to educate taxi drivers on its location as most of them haven't heard of it. Great hotel. Central, convenient location, excellent value for money. Exceptional service. Will definitely stay here again.

"Great hotel at a very reasonable price" We stayed here for just one night, using the web offer of RM234 (RM269 including tax) that we found on the Accor website. We had a really nice time, the facilities were all new and worked well, staff were friendly, courteous and generally very helpful. Room even comes with free wireless internet. The location was great, more or less just across the road from KLCC, and a short walk away from Bintang Walk. Highly recommended.

"Almost perfect!" Except for the pool, which is opposite of a major skyscraper construction site (skyscrapers are currently built everywhere in the center of KL) this was really a super-stay. My personal award for the best coffee I have tasted in whole Asia goes to ... the Spiral Lounge in Novotel Hydro. My personal award for the best service in whole Asia goes to the chinese restaurant in the 2nd floor. They do not really carry my type of food, but anyway! Oh yeah the vegetarian chicken was delicious though. The rooms are modern and clean, nice design and good tv's. They have free wireless internet - and it really works. The room rate was really ok. So if I travel back to KL i will definitely choose this hotel, again.
