"Couldn't fault it. Excellent staff." We have stayed in many a chain hotel including Novotels in France. This one is without doubt the best of the lot. Location was ideal for our purpose and the hotel being new undoubtedly helped us enjoy our weekend stay. Perhaps not everyone wants to be in SE7 but the main difference was in the excellent attitude of the staff, a welcome change from most of the hotels in which we have stayed and an example for the rest of the UK hotel industry! We will be going back. Let's hope Novotel Greenwich can maintain standards.

"Fantastic! Highly recommended!" We stayed here for the weekend, when attending a friend's party in Greenwich. We could not fault it. the rooms were clean, modern and well decorated, lovely bathroom with separate WC. Although right next to the station there was no external noise. The breakfast was varied and delicious and staff were attentive and helpful. Although a bit of a way from the central London sights, we were so impressed that we will definitely stay here again and catch the train in.
