"Pleasantly surprised"
I don't expect agreat deal from most hotels, especially airport ones ans I was pleasantly surprised. Staff helpful, especially in the restaurent. I like the idea of different portion sizes. Shame that you can only use pool if someone else there ae well so if alone traveller miss out. Room clean and smart. Would stay again.

"Best Heathrow Airport for us"
After checking through Trip Advisor, we stayed at the Novotel on 12/1/2007. Compared with other Heatrow hotels, the Novotel iwas excellent in all respects. The check in was good and attentive, the room clean, modern and relatively large, flat screen TV, tea, coffee. The pool facility is good if a little cool.
The foyer is a good comfortable meeting place with a bar and the restaurant serves remarkably good food
