"hard to find fault" Stayed there for 8days..it was hard to find fault with the hotel itself.the tram works affect all hotels and traders around the area so it hard to fault the hotel for that... after reading past reviews, was bit worried but maybe the staff have been changed..found them most helpful in any way re taxis tours, general info etc..maybe the cook has changed also. because the breakfasts and meals were excellent..pool was fine and great view from the roof also the vending machine worked fine during our stay..cleaning staff also get 100% for their services during our stay...it is a wee bit of a walk to oldtown and beach but it is a very safe area to do so...no problem going back there again

"Good hotel" I would disagree with some of the comments in other reviews. Breakfast was quiet for most of the time we were theer but there was rush at 9:30 onwards as late risers all came into together. The hotel was well used by coach parties so there were periods of ebb and flow. Our air con worked perfect. Room had panoramic views across the hills to the rear of Nice. Room was large and bed was bigger than a double (King Size?) The roof top swimming pool was small clean and well maintained. It kept our young son amused. There were around 20 sunbeds. We stayed 7 days in July and on one of the days we were the only ones there and on another all the beds were taken but that was unsual. The hotel had a high transisent population. There is a big Playstation box in a corner of reception - as good as a babysitter for a young boy!
