"Very very pleased with our stay at this "
We had an exellent experience at this hotel in April of 2005. Our cruise ship came in and we had a day to spend in Venice prior to flying out early the next day. The hotel allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags and provided a free shuttle into Venice and back again.
The rooms were extremely nice and very very comfortable. Probably one of the best beds I've slept in while traveling. The rooms were clean and modern, with a bathroom and shower/tub that was surprisingly large. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the breakfast or restaurant because of our early flight times, so I am not able to comment on that.The service at the hotel was top-notch and their front desk personnel's english-speaking ability was the best we experienced in all of Italy. The hotel appears to cater more to business travelers than to leisure, but it suited us well. I wish we could have stayed there longer. It was very affordable for the area, if you don't mind staying outside of Venice proper.
I would not hessitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

"Excellent Hotel"
Very excellent hotel. Room was modern and new. Very welcoming. Toilet was well equip. Had a towel warmer and while you are in there, you could hear the tv via speakers if you had it on. Looks like a new hotel.
It had a pool and free internet access which was a plus (very uncommon in europe as they usually charge you an arm and a leg). However, they only have two available and apparently always break down. And the browser and settings are in Italian so as to test your memory at locating the buttons.
The food in the restaurant was also superb. We had spaghetti one night - that was very delicious (and it was only entree)... then i think it was roast beef which was very nice also. The second night we had a risotto which was nice but prefer the spaghetti.
Only down side is far away from city center. I think a 15-20 min drive.
Loved this hotel!
