"Great location and great value" We stayed one night in this apartment hotel in August 06 and we were impressed by the size of the apartment and its facilities. The location was very convenient and although we had read some derogatory comments about the decor we liked the modern look of the apartment with the minor exception of the lounge suite being a tad shabby. We asked for a room over looking North Terrace when we booked and this is what we were given. We had a fabulous view to the north of the city and west to St Vincents Gulf . There was an issue with our car on the morning of our departure relating to another tenant claiming we had parked in his space and found he'd let down the tyres. However the hotel staff could not have been more helpful in assisting us to get the problem rectified, took all of 15minutes and they offered us free breakfast whilst we waited. Overall we were very happy with the apartment and the staff and it was great value for money.

"Would recommend it" We had no problems with our visit. We were able to check in to our room early and got a complimentary upgrade to a 2BR apartment rather than the 1BR we booked and paid for. Loved the contemporary decor inside and found everything pretty clean inside. The shower cubicle showed a little mould but this was mainly under the sealant / grout. Everything else was definitely clean enough to suit me and I am pretty fastidious. The pool was a little cool, I would have liked it a little warmer. The apartment had excellent facilities and everything we needed was provided. We didn't expect valets to carry our luggage to our room so had no problems with this. Staff weren't over the top friendly but approachable and fine to deal with. We had a few requests of house keeping and the front desk and all were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone, especially for value for money.
