This apartment complex is located near the urban sprawl of the Golf del Sur settlement. The town and tourist centre with countless shops, bars, and restaurants, lies around 15 minutes on foot away. A beach can easily be reached on foot, and the nearest public transport stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Transfer times to South Tenerife Airport are around 8 minutes, meaning that there is some noise from the aircrafts.

The complex, which lies on main road, consists of a main building and an annexe, with a total of 31 apartments set over 2 floors. Guests are offered a large garden area, a terrace, a spacious foyer, and a 24-hour reception. Further facilities include a cosy cafe, a bar, and the medical service (charges apply). Younger guests may like to let off steam in the play area.
