Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, and currency exchange desk. The complex also features a games room, a TV room, a nightclub, a public Internet terminal and a bicycle hire facility. The special features of the complex include an air-conditioned restaurant (with highchairs), a café and a cosy bar. Room, laundry and medical services are further features that can be taken advantage of by guests. For younger guests there is a kids' club and a children's playground. Parking spaces are available outside the hotel.
There are two roooms adapted to the needs of disabled visitors. Pets are not permitted.
