All apartments have TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchens, and independent heating.

According to the rules regarding tourist location, as issued by Assessorato al Turismo of Municipality and Province of Florence we are not allowed anymore to provide our flats with sheets and towels.
Sheets and towels can be rented for 10 euros, VAT included, per person, if customers so decide, to be paid at our offices when taking the keys.
Such service is optional, and in case customers did not want it, they shall inform us 48 hours at least before their arrival.
Please do not hesitate to ask for more information you may need.
MANDATORY FEES to be paid at the arrival: Electricity surcharge Euro 5.00 per person per night, Hotel Resort Fee Euro 10.00 per person per night, Final cleaning Euro 50.00 per apartment per stay.
