"a great place to stay!!" We spent two night at Richepanse and were most satisfied. Styleful small hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms had no signs of wear and tear and represented nice art deco style. One of the best hotels in this price category I have seen.

"very satisfied" My boyfriend and i stayed in this hotel for days in december altough the weather wasn't very good the hotel was superb. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean with an art decor feel. As the hotel was open 24/7 i found this to be very convenient. Fortunatley the hotel is in a great location and is about 30 minute stroll to all the main attractions. Overall if I was to go back to Paris this would be the hotel I would choose to stay in and I feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone.

"Very friendly - Great Location" We were moved to this hotel from the Best Western Pergolese as it was "oversold." We wanted the Pergolese as the reviews we saw said it was reasonably quiet. After I explained to the management that I chose the Pergolese beause it was quiet, we got moved to an upper floor at the Opera Richepanse. This helped, but you could still hear the Metro under the hotel. Overall, however, I think that the hotel is fantastic - the staff, the location, the cleanliness and upkeep were all top notch. These vastly outshined any noise from outside the hotel. Yes our stay was still a bit noisy, but welcome to Paris. If you are coming to Paris and are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs and be prepared to pay for a room on the top floor of your hotel because I believe that no hotel in Paris can guarantee a noiseless stay. Just relax and enjoy what the city has to offer.
