LOCATION

Ottoman Hotel Imperial is situated on the truly premium location in town, on an elevated position, surrounded by all the major historical and cultural sights in the heart of the old town, Sultanahmet, viewing the impressive Hagia Sophia (St.Sophia, Aya Sofya) Museum. This is an inspiring location all year around, in the heart of the old city, within easy walking distance of Sultanahmet Square and the main historic, shopping and harbor districts and just 19 km from Ataturk International Airport.

Ottoman Hotel Imperial was built as an Ottoman school and hospital in the mid of 1800's. The building served the teachers and pupils of the historical "medrese" for around 70 years. The hospital was built in early 1900's and served the marchants of the Ottoman handicraft producers and masters. In the mid of the 20th century the building was changed to a hotel to serve young travellers and pupils. The properties were renovated and reconstructed in 2005 to a special class premium & superior historical hotel. The left image above was taken in early 1900's when the Ottoman army was marching by the original building of the Ottoman Hotel Imperial.

* �Padisah� Restaurant combines fine dining with stunning views of the �Caferaga Medrese�, the historical handicraft centre built by the world famous Ottoman architect Sinan in 1576. This stylish restaurant, serving innovative Ottoman cuisine is situated on the 2nd floor of the garden area with unrivalled views of the historical �medrese� specially lightened during the evenings. For a real gourmet experience, taste the special gourmet menu offering the best examples of Ottoman Palace cuisine with a traditional interpretation. The restaurant is open daily from 7 PM to 01:00 AM.

* Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, Sadrazam Restaurant is situated in the garden area. The restaurant offers "Ottoman" cuisine with a wide variety of traditional "palace" dishes. In the summer you can also relax in the garden with a refreshing aperitif and a tasty snack.

* Open daily from 9 AM to 12 AM, the Saltanat Bar is located on the main floor just next to the Reception and Lobby area. Recognized as the old city's most stylish meeting place, it serves all kind of international & local drinks. Saltanat Bar will welcome you with its warm atmosphere, creative drinks and special cocktails for different seasons.

* Open daily from 9 AM to 12 AM, the Saltanat Bar is located on the main floor just next to the Reception and Lobby area. Recognized as the old city's most stylish meeting place, it serves all kind of international & local drinks. Saltanat Bar will welcome you with its warm atmosphere, creative drinks and special cocktails for different seasons.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
