The property is easy to access by car, in very close proximity to the Ciampino Airport and connected to Rome's city-centre in around 30 minutes via the underground or the Ciampino railway station. Guest amenities include ample parking facilities for cars and coaches, a private shuttle service, well-equipped meeting facilities, dry-cleaning, restaurant and bar.

Looks better than It actually is
This is one of the poorest experiences I've had. I was a bit hesitant about booking the hotel at first, but given the cheap rates and the fact that it was a "3 star" rated hotel, I decided to give it a shot. The experience was below average. Firstly, the rooms are very old (but clean). There was a strange smell emanating from the toilet. But this was bearable. The problem was that I was allocated to the last block - which took a walk of at least 150m. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear noises from the corridor. And flights taking off or landing from the nearby airport. Next - the location. This was the worst aspect of the hotel. It is situated in the middle of nowhere! Do not be tricked by the hotel website. There are NO - read ZERO - attractions near the hotel, unless you are fond of seeing aeroplanes take off from the nearby Ciampino airport. The bus that services the hotel does not come frequently. And it takes a whole hour to take to the city of Rome, after having to switch from bus to train or bus to metro. Not a good usage of time if you are here for only a couple of days. Worse - bus services to the hotel from Rome end at 8pm!! Do not be tricked by the bus timetable provided by the hotel - some of the buses listed are EXPRESS serivces that go directly to the airport and do not stop at the hotel. So... remember, the last bus from the metro station to the hotel is at 8PM. This means that you will not be able to enjoy the city sights at night if you want to save money from taking a taxi. Taxis are atrociously expensive and the drivers are generally not honest. Saving grace is that the breakfast was ok. Pizzas at the restaurant are very good (only available for dinner). Staff were generally pleasant. Front desk staff was reasonably polite. All in all - a bad experience. If you want to enjoy Rome, you are better off spending a bit more at a better location. Saves you a lot of heartache and travel time. Hope this helps.

We were worried about this hotel after reading reviews, the rooms were very large, basic, clean but with everything you needed, bathrooms could do with re-grouting but again perfectly adequate Just like a Travel lodge in England. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant food was excellent and not expensive, and the staff were very friendly and made us welcome. The drinks from the bar were very large and the cheapest we found in Rome which is unusual for a Hotel. On the down side (although it did not bother us) it is quite a way into Rome but very easily reached by bus outside the Hotel which is 1euro to metro station and 1euro into the center of Rome. it did take us 45-60mins into the centre of Rome but I would not have liked to have stayed in Rome Centre. There were six of us and we stayed for six days very cheaply and had a wonderful time.
