my booking for 14oct to20th oct in ur hotel- X1-KW-57797469
Sir,I will b travelling with my wife and two children (boy16 and girl 11)and requested 2 double rooms(adjoining) or triple room with extra bed,but i have received confirmation for 1twin room only,pl let me know the details of my bookings. secoundly i would like to know the tourist VISA formality for Dubai,which by my knoledge is issued from your side(from the hotel)let me know list of documents u will need for the same from my side. Further would like to know if u r providing any service other than buffet breakfast which is included in my room tariff , like free airport pick up or drop,sightseeing tours,or desert safari which you can include in my packege. Stayed at the Palm Beach Rotana Hotel over New Years holiday 2005......fairly disappointed...rooms could have been cleaner and more modern.....noise (every night) from the Indian themed night club went on until the early hours and was not very conducive to sleeping. Maybe it was a bad choice for a European family break as everything appeared to be geared around Indian / Pakistani culture, most notably the food.....but this was unfortunately not mentioned in the holiday brochure. In short I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends who might be contemplating a visit to Dubai. The one good thing I can say about this hotel was the level of competence and friendliness of the staff. |

"Fantastic hotel"
This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Ever helpful staff, eager to please.
The beach is spotless, restaurants well staffed with an excellent choice of food and drink.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi for the first time.
