"excellent value for money"
Palms Hotel room was nearing refurbishment time but it was clean and had crisp clean bedlinen. Trouser press and beverages were provided. The heating worked too well, fortunate as it was a chilly day. The bathroom was immaculate with a good supply of towels, the shower was awesome, the very best I have ever experienced. Room service was prompt, the food hot and of good quality at very reasonable cost. Breakfast was substantial and well presented in a buffet. I would recommend this hotel to those wanting excellent value for money.

Palms Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was a bit hit and miss especially if the bar was busy for a function.
