the best
The Staff were polite, friendly, helpful and approchable without being false or over-the-top. The room was cleaned thouroughly every day and had an amazing view of the harbour, the bridge and the mountains. There was none of the 'generic hotel furniture' feel that you sometimes get, even in the best hotels. The quality of the finish of the room and common areas was excellent and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. It also has the best location in Vancouver. If you are thinking of staying in the Pan Pacific, don't hesitate.

Stayed at the Hotel 4 nights. Paid extra to have a mountain view across the harbour - excellent. Needed a larger room to fit a rollaway and hotel was really accomodating. Ate room service 3 night and it was top notch. Excellent food. Beds are really comfortable. Everything very clean. Hotel really close to Sea Bus. Airport about 30 mins away.

I was very impressed with the hotel from the moment I walked in. Everybody was extremely helpful and committed to making the customer satisfied. The location is amazing, the environment and the view are wonderful.
