Directly beside the main terminal of the Kuala Lumpur international airport, lies this hotel. It is linked to the airport via a sky bridge and within 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. For guests' comfort the hotel offers a free luggage transport service from the airport to the hotel.

The hotel comprises a total of 441 rooms, of which 403 are luxury rooms, and 38 exclusive suites for all needs, from the private holidaymaker to the business travellers.The luggage shuttle travels between 5 am until 1 am.
