This attractive complex is situated in the tourist resort of Costa Adeje just a few minutes walk from the town centre and its countless shops and entertainment venues. Reina Sofia airport is approximately 17 km away. The nearest beach is about 250 m away, The well-known marina of Puerto Colon is just a few minutes away on foot and public transport departs from a stop located just 150 m from the complex.

Built in 1984, this complex was renovated in 1997 and consists of 4 floors. A total of 13 suites and 161 apartments are on offer. The complex offers a sizeable garden and facilities include a 24-hour reception desk and a lift. There is also a TV room, 2 bars, a pub and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, the hotel offers use of a public Internet terminal (for an extra fee) Car parking facilities in the form of a garage and a car park are available for those arriving by car. Laundry services complete the amenities on offer at this hotel.
