The child-friendly club was completely renovated in 2004. 289 apartments are spread over several buildings. Furthermore, there is a games room, a TV room, a newspaper stand, a nightclub, a cosy lobby bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available on request. In addition, there is an Internet terminal, laundry service as well as medical assistance available. Car parking facilities, a bicycle cellar and bicycle hire service, as well as a kids' club and a children's playground, are also available for use.
