This modern hotel is situated on a main street in the heart of San Francisco. The famous Union Square offers a colourful selection of shops, restaurants and bars and is just a few paces away. The legendary Powell cable car line passes directly by the hotel, providing excellent connections to the urban transport system.

Renovated in 2002, this modern hotel is fully air-conditioned and comprises a total of 985 rooms spread over 32 floors. It offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom, a currency exchange facility, a hotel safe, and lifts. Furthermore, the building houses a newspaper stand and conference rooms. In addition to a cafe, there is an excellent selection of restaurants offering culinary delights. For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of room and laundry services, Internet access and a garage.Parking fee: 32.00 USD per day. From 15th October 2006 this is a completely non-smoking establishment.
