"Fantastic"
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in January, 2006. We wish we could have stayed a lot longer! We always stay at Hyatt hotels or 5 star hotels so we were a little worried when booking this hotel. However it was fantastic! The staff were great, especially housekeeping. Everything was absolutely spotless, (even a pillow menu with every type you can imagine). Okay, it is a little out of town, but so close to the thermal springs & maori village and isn't that the main reason for visiting Rotarua! The feast & cultural show was amazing and great value, breakfast was great with lots of things available that we have not seen at other hotels. We had stayed at Auckland Hyatt for 4 nights prior, and the Park Heritage was far superior in cleanliness, restaurant menu and pricing etc. We would not hesitate to go back and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

"Great hotel, good location"
Ideal position near the Thermal Springs and a short walk to the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute. Regular free bus to the centre of Rotorua and the lake.
