This hotel is just 500 m from Marco Polo Airport and is surrounded by a large garden, ensuring privacy and relaxation for guests. Lido di Jesolo beach can be reached by boat in roughly half an hour in about 3 km, the Altino Museum is 5 km away, and the centre of Venice is roughly 8 km away. Treviso lies some 20 km from the hotel.

This hotel is housed in a historical building from the end of the 19th century that has been completely modernised and restored, characterised by attention to detail and warm rooms. It opened in 2004 and comprises a total of two floors with 13 rooms, of which two are disability-friendly. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lifts, and a currency exchange counter. The air-conditioned hotel also includes a cafe, a hairdresser, and a TV room. It is also possible to make use of the breakfast room and the conference facilities. Room and laundry services round up the facilities on offer, and there is parking for those arriving by car.The hotel is just 500 metres from the airport and offers an airport transport for an extra charge. By car: Motorway A4 exit Venezia - Marco Polo Airport. By train: get off in Venezia Mestre and take the local bus to airport.
