This hotel is situated just 100 metres from the sandy beach of Playa de las Burras and about 600 m from the vast sandy beach of Playa del Ingles. Within a few steps of the hotel, guests will discover shopping areas with bars, restaurants offering cuisine typical for the islands in addition to international foods, dancing venues, boutiques and souvenir shops. Convenient public transport links are within 25 metres of the hotel.

The hotel building was built in 1971 and offers 9,500 m2 of gardens and a total of 470 rooms. This number includes 14 singles and 221 doubles. The foyer houses a reception desk and 5 lifts.
