"good value for money"
Patria Palace Hotel's rooms are rather small and the bathroom not great. However compared with others we stayed in in S Italy, it stands out as being the best. |

"the best place to stay in Lecce. "
Patria Palace Hotel is perfectly situated for the historic centre of Lecce, which is famous for its baroque architecture.
Our room was on the top floor and had its own roof terrace. The room wasn't huge, but the bathroom was equipped to Sheraton standards. Continental breakfast was very good, the cooked breakfast less so.
This is definitely the best place to stay in Lecce. |

"Great location"
We loved Lecce and this hotel had the perfect location for exploring the hotel on foot. It was also easy to find by car. The restaurant was very quiet so we didn't try it, but there are dozens of great places to eat in town. Service was very good.

"Fabulous holiday"
What a fabulous hotel, really central and a good base to get about from. We left the airport in the dark with trepidation about finding the hotel as the streets of Lecce are mostly one way, but as we came into the town the hotel was signposted and we found it no problem at all. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and booked all the local restaurants that we had found. Car parking was valet service but you had to use it as parking is restricted and we were charged 15 euros a day but thought it was worth it.
There is a nice roof terrace on the third floor which is nice to sit out on and read a book at the end of the day.
Breakfasts were very good, we did not eat in the restaurant as we found to many good restaurants we wanted to try but we did have good reports from other guests.
This hotel is in a chain of four and as we were so impressed thought we would try the one in Pescara next.

"Charming hotel"
We spent 2 days in Lecce. The hotel is grand home away from home, with excellent service and friendly helpful staff. It has a great central location in the historical part of the city, within walking distance of all amenities. The buffet breakfast had one of the largest selections of dishes to suit any needs. I will certainly stay here again when I return for another vacation in this beautiful part of Italy.
