This hotel is situated only around 500 m from the centre of Padron. A bus and train station are located around 2 km from the hotel. The Atlantic seafront is just 15 km away and the famous Santiago de Compostela can be reached within a good 20 km. La Coruna airport is located around 30 km from the hotel.

The building dates from the 16th century and was originally a place of relaxation for the Archbishops of Santiago. Last refurbished in 2006, this air-conditioned establishment lies in grounds of more than 5 hectare with gardens and wooded areas and is encircled by a wall. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a reception desk manned around the clock, lifts, a cloakroom and a currency exchange facility. Furthermore, guests are invited to take advantage of the cafe, a restaurant, a function room and other communal rooms as well as the room and laundry services, Internet access (WLAN), a terrace and parking for those arriving by car.
