"Absolutely ace" The hotel is modern, clean and tidy. It is well set out, the staff are very helpful (they organised activities and sorted out all our transport problems), friendly, pleasing on the eye and speak very good English. Prices are very low and breakfast (eat as much as you like) was included. It is in a lovely spot with a forest and park right next to it. Me and my family members enjoyed it a lot and will go there again.

"Smashing Hotel" My wife and i stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and did a good breakfast. A nice walk to the center along the river took about 30 mins or to use public transport wheather buses or taxis was very cheap. I would happily stay there again and would reccomend it.

"Great Place to Stay" I can only re-iterate what the other reviewers have already said. The hotel is 30 or so mins walk from the city centre but this can be reduced by a tram or bus ride. The room was clean and surroundings quiet. The Staff were very helpfull and organised tours without a hitch. If you want to use the sauna, you'll need to book, I'm not sure if this can be done online.... I was there for 4 days and there was only one slot available... but if you do book you get it to yourself for the duration ! Con - If you take a day trip as I did, you may find that the coach drops you off in town as opposed to back at the hotel.

"Charming, comfortable, efficiently run" Stayed 11 nights on what was my fist visit to Poland. I rate the Petrus as the best value hotel I have stayed in outside of Thailand. Comfortable rooms, good breakfasts....and the staff were charming, efficient and very helpful. I really could not fault this hotel in any way.

"Excellent Value" The hotel Petrus only negative point was that it is 1.5 km from the city centre, but this can be overcome by cathing a bus or tram nearby. The city can also be reached by a 20 minute walk or an amazing £3 taxi ride. The rooms were spotless and we were well looked after by staff. We paid £67 for 3 nights bed & breakfast, just over £11 each a night - a bargain. Well recommended.
