The apartments are situated in Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, just 600 m away from the Levante sandy beach and close to the lively resort centre, where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest golf course is 3 km away. The property is situated on a hill so it may not be suitable for the less mobile.

This apartment, with a welcoming and family friendly atmosphere, has 12 floors and a total of 36 one bedroom apartments. It has a lobby with 2 lifts, a reception area open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm (advise if arrival is outside these times) and a porter is on site 24 hrs a day. It offers a snack bar where you can have a drink whilst enjoying the swimming pool. For those arriving by car there is a car park free of charge (but limited availability).A refundable breakage deposit will be required upon arrival.
