LOCATION

This beach resort at Pimalai, located on the south west coast of the island of Koh Lanta Yai in the province of Krabi, lies about 7 degrees north of the equator. Please see the map on the right. You may zoom in closer by clicking on the moving circles. Getting to Koh Lanta is easy even for a first time visitor. There are several flights per day to the town of Krabi from Bangkok. Overland transport or a combination of overland and boat travel can take you to the resort. Also, overland access may be made from the adjacent provinces of Trang, Phangna and Phuket. Several ferry boats ply between nearby islands and Koh Lanta.
