It is located out side the main building and offers a total capacity of 200 people, ideal for institutions and art projects. El Rancho is one of the oldest restaurants in town and located right on the entrance of Jarabacoa.

It features typical Dominican and international cuisine with the freshness of mountain grown vegetables. Guajaca restaurant serves national and international dishes and conference facilities.
* Pinar Dorado offers its guests many opportunities to find adventure in the mountains, such as wild water rafting, canoeing, jeep safaris, riding, trekking, trips to Pico Duarte and mountain biking. In addition, the hotel grounds feature a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna.
