"Great Value for Money" Very good value for money. Located near Lumpinee underground station and SuanLam night bazaar. Staff very friendly, good standard of rooms which are clean. Breakfast very good with a big selection.

"Great location, budget price, clean and comfy!" Made my first visit this month and it has confirmed the general opinion of previous reviews, so they are at least reliable! Hotel was clean, staff friendly and breakfast tasty. No problems there. Dont ask them to order a cab, as you will pay a 200 baht premium to the airport, and loads of cabs are available by the entrance much cheaper. Its real selling points are its prices (even for Deluxe rooms) and its fantastic location for the metro and night bazaar. For travellers on a budget, who require nothing fancier than a clean room, air-con and a breakfast it is ideal. I didnt like the look of the jacuzzi on the roof, but thats not to say it was dirty. We had a little mini-bar problem as we left (why do hotels have those bloody things?) but it was resolved after a bit of foot stamping (on my account!) and we booked to go back a week later! Recommended.
