"Perfect stay - clean room" I stayed with my girlfirend 4 days/3 nights at Place de Clichy hotel. I really had a wonderful time. Paris is so fantastic! They gave us a 3-bed room, so there was plenty of space. Yes, the elevator is really little, there is space only for 2 people, but who cares? We had the breakfast included. The bar-man (very gentle) gave us brioches, bread, butter, marmolade, coffe/milk and orange juice. Not huge quantities but enought. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Our room had a window on the Place de Clichy. Very nice, but there was a little noise on Saturday night (but we were able to sleep!!). Sunday and Monday night it was perfect. The hotel is only 50 meters (150feet? I don't know the exact conversion) far from the metro. The staff was very polite and gentle. The day we checked out, we left our luggage in their custody and took them in the afternoon before going to the airport. I hope this could help. We usually look for a clean and near-the-metro hotel. As I wrote before, our expectations were fulfilled.
