You just can not miss it as you are traveling on the Tsarigradsko chausee Blvd. (which is a continuation of the Trakia highway and an entrance to the centre of Sofia). The bus-stop is right next to the hotel to connect the hotel with the Sofia Airport (buses N:84 and N:284), the railway station and the bus station.
