The recently refurbished 'Clansman' themed restaurant depicts six local clans and is furnished with authentic local tartans and battle dress. The extensive menu offers an impressive range of Scottish cuisine using local produce. A wide range of international wines and malt whiskies are available to complement the Scottish Fayre.
May and September are the perfect times to take advantage of the many boat trips offered from Skye as dolphins, minke whales and basking sharks are commonly seen around the lochs and inlets. Seals and otters are common around these shores and can be watched at leisure from certain vantage points as can cormorants, gannets and other seabirds.
Nature lovers will relish the sight of the many wild flowers adorning the croft lands and moors during the summer months. Wild orchids, buttercups, artic alpines and the glorious purple heather clothe Skye in glorious colour, whilst Skyelarks burst with song overhead.
