Situated on Nelson Mandela Drive opposite the University of the Free State, this hotel is only 2.5 km from the N1 Highway. The city centre, shops, public transport, national roads and the airport are within easy reach. It is roughly 153 km from Bloemfontein to Welkom.

Opened in 2002, this air-conditioned hotel comprises a 2-storey main building and annex with a total of 94 rooms, including 2 wheelchair-accessible rooms. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, this hotel provides an ideal setting to wrap up a strenuous day of business. The lobby houses a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility and safes. The Amoretta Restaurant and Bar offers scrumptious buffet breakfasts and a la carte lunches and dinners. The modern Tamora conference room offers conference facilities for up to 60 delegates.
