"Fantastic value" I am very surprised by the previous view. Travel Inns are always to the same standard - that's the attraction. They are pretty basic but you know exactly what you're going to get and that's a clean, reasonably spacious room with everything you need for the night. It's not a resort - you wouldn't go here on holiday, but if you're looking for an overnight, I think they're hard to beat - particularly if you're travelling with a family. Mostly it costs about £44.50 for a room and that can't be beat for a family of 4. We stayed here when departing on an early flight from Glasgow airport and it was really convenient. They have an arrangement with Flying Scotsman parking and we got a week's parking for £20 including transfer to and from the terminal. Its literally two minutes from the hotel. Unusually for a TI, they have a restaurant of their own. Normally the hotel is next door to a Beefeater or somewhere like that. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was ok. Plain grilled stuff - what you'd expect really. I've stayed here twice now and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
