The historical Santa Maria College, Prime Hotel Saint John, was constructed by Pope Leone XIII in 1889 and was changed over to a residence in 1960, during the Olympic Games. The Pope Giovanni Paolo II has exalted the fantastic construction during the century anniversary.

The building is constructed with simple shapes and lines respecting a very minimalist feel using stone, wood and glass as accent decor.
