This hotel is ideally situated close to the town centre. There is a array of shops, lively pubs as well as nightclubs and restaurants and links to the public transport network to be found in the hotel's immediate vicinity. The nearest fine-sand beach (Levante) lies within metres of the hotel.

The hotel was built in 197 and completely renovated in 1992. The hotel provides guests with a total of 165 guestrooms spread over 11 floors of which 14 are single rooms and 151 are doubles. Guests are offered a stylish lobby with 2 lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. There is also a games room, a TV room, a newspaper stand, a cafe, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for request. Guests may also take advantage of the public Internet terminal, a kids' club and a secure bicycle storage facility. Guests also have the opportunity to take advantage of the laundry services, and there is also a doctor on call. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car.
