"Good balance between price and quality"
Good balance between price and quality : with 100 € (a low price for CPH) we got double room and breakfast too.
The room are not very new, but furniture and beds are new.
Breakfast was also a good surprise : on a rooftop overlooking CPH with an medium choice of sweet and salted things.
Position is very good, only five minutes to central station, or Tivoli and ten minutes to the Stroget (the pedestrian street near the Radhuset).
The only not so good thing was the bathroom : not too much clean and old. But for this price is a miracle having a personal bathroom in Copenhagen …. ;-))

"Everything you need."
We stayed at the Ibis Copenhagen Crown Hotel recently. The location of the hotel is great (about a 5 minute walk from Central Station). You can easily walk to Tivoli and all the tourist buses leave from the city center (5 min walk). The hotel was basic but had everything you need. It had a nice bathroom and a double bed. You could rent bikes from the hotel. It's in no way a fancy hotel, but its a comfortable place to stay and the staff are very friendly. There is a breakfast included, but don't expect too much (pastries and cereal mainly).

"Good Value - clean and comfortable"
The Crown is a relatively inexpensive hotel, and the decor in the corridors and rooms reflects this. If you can look beyond that, you will find a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location, with good beds, superb shower, and a more than adequate choice at breakfast, (usual breads, cheeses, meats and cereals) with all the food being very fresh and of good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful, and, although I wouldn't choose this hotel if you plan on staying in your room all day, as a great base for exploring Copenhagen, it's unbeatable. My wife and I would return without hesitation.

"a good hotel"
We spent three nights here. It's quite similiar to other Crown hotels we've stayed at, and we thought it was very good. Comfortable room, good breakfast, quiet, and a good price - at least by our British standards. £150 or so for three of us for three nights B and B in a city centre is better than you can get almost anywhere in the Uk.
It's an easy walk to all the city centre sights, especially Tivoli.
Local restaurants are very local. A Chinese right next door, - ok but expensive and with slow service. A sort of Turkish canteen next to that is very good value in a city where all restaurant food is expensive - large portions of good quality food.
Copenhagen seems to be full of McDonalds and Burger King, perhaps because a Big Mac is 14Dkk (£1.40), and all other food starts at 60Dkk |

"Excellent location and good standard hotel"
Read previous comments and have to say I found the hotel to be clean, warm and very pleasant. If you are looking for somewhere to simply sleep whilst exploring the city then it is perfect. It is a 3 star hotel so obviously you have to have realistic expectations about what to expect. You get what you pay for! Have used the ibis chain for trips across europe and the hotels and rooms are always perfect. Have not been disappointed yet.
Hotel was close enough to walk to most attractions and the city centre. Staff were all very helpful and the room was warm, clean and had everything i needed for a weekend break.
