"Great Hotel"
i stayed at the hotel in March and was very impressed. The room and the bathroom were large, clean and comfy. Compared to other hotels ive stayed in this was by far the best. The view from our room was of a back street but we were to busy exploring HK to be worried about that. It was in an ideal location on Nathan road above the Jordon subway which was great. The lobby was very busy at times and was very smokey but it didnt bother us. When we arrived our cases were taken straight up to the rooms and the concierge and the reception staff could not do enough for us. we did not use the gym and the pool was closed. All in all for the price we paid (£45 per night for 2 people) it was great value for money and i would certainly recommend it.

"Excellent Customer Care"
I stayed in The Prudential Hotel during my last week of visit in Hong Kong. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, and they offered shuttle bus service to airport which I used on the day I left HK. Once I arrived to the airport, I realized I've left my wallet in the hotel room, so I called the hotel and was assisted by the hotel's manager immediately. Within 30 minutes, the shuttle bus driver returned to the airport with my wallet - with all its contents - excellent efficiency. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting HK, comfortable rooms, friendly staffs, prompt service, not expensive, what else could I ask for?

"so comfortable with great location"
We arrived at the Prudential early morning around 9 am. We didnt expect to be able to check in as it was so early, the staff were most helpful and offered us our room straight away even though check in is not normally till 2 am. Our room was spacious, very clean, warm and the beds very comfortable. We had no problems with noise off others guests, in all that problem is just down to other guest with no respect for others, a problem which could occur in any hotel. Access to airport was very good taxi to Kowloon for airport express was 20hkd. Def recommend this hotel.
