This well-kept hotel complex built in the Andalusian colonial style is located in the centre of Islantilla and offers direct access to a sandy beach stretching for miles. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues is also to be found in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is to be found only 200 m from the hotel and Faros airport is approximately 90 km away. The transfer time is approximately 2 hours.

Re-opened in 2004, this hotel comprises 6 floors with over 400 rooms of which 100 are suites. The grounds span 12,000 m2 with pools and gardens. Guests may make use of the spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, hire safes, and a currency exchange. In addition, there is a games room, a newspaper kiosk, a small supermarket, a hairdressing salon, an auditorium, a cafe, a cosy bar and an exquisite a la carte restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference facilities and the public Internet access. Additionally, room and laundry services are also offered to guests. Guests may also make use of the car park, garage, kids' club and children's playground.
