"I will defiantly come here again!!!!" I spent a weekend at this hotel, location of which was really very lovely .The room was large and airy with large window overlooking a garden. Front office & breakfast room staff were very helpful & nice. Beautiful hotel with all the comforts of home .Its good location made my travel around London very easy. I strongly recommend this hotel to my friends without any hesitations.

"Quality and comfort in central London" I chose the Quality Crown Hyde Park Hotel for my 3-night stay in London in early May. The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington station and many reasonably priced restaurants, souvenir shops and ATM machines. We explored central London all by walking, due to our hotel’s location. Very nicely decorated rooms of good size and ceiling height and pleasing lobby. The reception and housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. English breakfast which we’d booked was served hot in their pleasant conservatory Breakfast Room. If you are looking for quality, comfort and tranquility for your stay in London, I would recommend you try this hotel in Hyde Park.

"Good price, excelent hotel" Nice wide bedroom with plasma TV, fan, bath. hair drier, coffee machine. There´s a possibility to access movies for 14 pounds a day and internet in the bedroom for 3 pounds 1 hour of access. Breakfast very pleasant with coffee, tea and juices, 4 kinds of bread, cheese, ham, musly and kellogs. We didn´t need more!

"what a charming hotel!" We really had a wonderful time in this hotel, it was clean and staff were very polite, with the bonus of being set in a brilliant location. It's close to the tube and tourists spots. Also a great breakfast is included within the room rate so it provides good value for money. The noise from other rooms was a bit of an issue along with the size of the room but apart from this, we both loved it!

"Loved It / Loved It / Loved It" I was booked into this hotel by my PA and had not stayed previously so was unsure at first. On checking in I was greated by friendly staff who demonstrated a swift check in process. On entering my room I found it to be light and airy and extemely nice and clean. This hotel has recently completed a refurbishment and I would strongly recommend it to all, either if you're on business in the area or planning a weekend trip. This hotel is close to PADDINGTON Station (5 mins walk) and LANCASTER GATE (5 mins). Marble Arch and Oxford Street are within walking distance too! Great location!!!! Get booking....you'll LOVE IT!!

Pay for a doubleroom and get a single one! Although the room was clean, we feel that we were seriously “stolen”. We booked and paid for a double-room, and we got a very small single room(room312), with a mattress for 2 persons. One can easily note that is was a single room: 1) It was extremely small; 2) The mattress was too large for the room, that the space between the mattress and the desk was less than 2 feet(a chair could not fit in this space ) I have read that the rooms in London were small but I did not imagine the room in this hotel was ridiculously small! It was claustrophobic. The room was too small, that the other side of the mattress was touching the wall, leaving the person sleeping on the inside with no exit. .So, at night, every time this person needed to go to the bathroom, the other person had to get out of the bed to make space. The room was so small, you couldn't even lay your luggage to open it since you wouldn't have any floor to walk on; we had to place the luggages on the bed to open them Apart from this, the floorboard in every place of the hotel seemed to squeak, the walls were paper thin, we had a door leading to the staircase infront of the room, and there was a big gap between the door and the floor. All this led to undesired noise, which kept awaking us several times during the night. When we complained with the receptionist(a male), he was of no great help either, he was very arrogant and unhelpful. He only said that there was no other room available. WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

"Excellent quality" we got an excellent deal for my fathers 65 birthday surprise present and after reading some of the reviews we were expecting nothing too special but we were miles off in our concerns we had a room in the basement which seems to have caused most of the complaints, a triple room, and it was excellent, the room had more than enough space for the three of us, the beds were comfy and the room and especially the bathroom were spotless the check in was painless and the breakfast which was a continental buffet and the full english was excellent, the staff were helpful and we got the impression that nothing would be a trouble to them i would not hesitate to tell anyone to go and stay here, good value, comfy and helpful staff, what more could anyone want

"Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Value !!" Superb hotel in lovely English style but right up to date with wi-fi, cable adsl in every room etc. I loved that all rooms are non smoking, so I did not have the problem I often do have. Friends had stayed at this hotel before three times and recommended it and they were right. Exceptionally clean and well kept, really close to everything in London - Oxford Street is very walkable, if you want to, and the hotel is really close to tube and bus stops and you just walk off the Heasthrow Express - 15 minutes from the airport and much better than the tube journey ! Plenty of good quality and inexpensive restaurants close by. The staff here are really friendly and helpful with every little thing, so we always felt welcome. Definately will stay again !

"Location is Great!!!!!" We enjoyed our stay and all of your people were very helpful and courteous even though we were staying on Awards Points. I thank you again for your reponse and if I am asked for a recommendation for a hotel in London, rest assured I will recommend yours
