"Bril Weekend" Just got back from this hotel - took a short break with a load of friends - stayed in their new bedrooms - tried to pinch one of their beds to take home but got caught! Went everywhere - had a great time with the retail therapy - loads of sales on - went on a smashing canal trip and visited the SeaLife Centre as well. Carvery food at hotel was good with lots on offer - + great breafast - each as much as you like and boy did we! Leisure centre much better this time as well - they have tarted it up nicely - spent most of the time in spa and on the sun bed. The free carparking is nice - I had to pay at the Thistle Edgbaston last time which is a total rip off. The only down side was somebody booking a Christmas function - and was given a Christmas brochure - surely nobody should have their christmas details ready just yet - it's not even Spring - give it a break!!

"Good Hotel, Good Location & Reasonable Prices" Have stayed at this hotel several times when on business in Birmingham It's location is pretty good, easy to find by car or a short taxi journey from the Station. Staff are friendly, Small comfortable bar with Sky Sports/TV for keeping up with football scores etc Several restaurants within walking distance or short taxi ride. Bedrooms standard for business type hotel and clean, comfortable etc This is a good hotel for business use and you can usually get the best rates by contacting the hotel direct.

"Knackered!" The true title should be 'Exhausted'!! Just stayed at this hotel in one of their newley refurbished bedroom - asked for a King size bed and got it!! It was enourmous - the family room had a sofa bed in for the kids and my friends stayed in a room which had bunk beds - kids felt at home. went around all the canals, sea life centre and Warwick castle - the kids were so knackered they went to bed early and we even managed to have some real fun when the kids were asleep!! Food great - kids loved the help yourself breakfast - will definately rebook for the next Bank Holiday

"A PLEASANT SURPRISE - VALUE AND QUALITY !!!" Having been booked into this hotel by my company I had no idea what to expect, however had read comments on this site. Many of the comments posted totally contridict my experience. Check in was easy and handled by a smiling receptionist who was most helpful and reasurring. The room was a large clean room which had everything I required. The Carvery meal I had that night was fantastic and served by friendly staff. I didn't get chance to use the pool so cannot comment. Check out was busy but efficient and handled really well. I would definately use this hotel again as I found it clean, suitable for my needs with friendly approachable staff. I stay in Birmingham quite often and unfortunately not stayed at the Quality before, I am planning to switch to them in the future. Far superior to other hotels I have stayed in Birmingham before.
