"Quality at the Quality Hotel"
We stayed overnight at the Quality Hotel prior to flying to Switzerland next day. We wanted to use the shuttle bus for travelling to the airport but, as I have a leg disability, was not sure if I would be able to negotiate the bus steps. I tried out the steps after arrival but found them rather high to negotiate and the hotel manager who witnessed this immediately booked a taxi for the airport at the Hotel's expense. He also changed our room for another at the front of the Hotel and nearer the entrance. We had a lovely clean, comfortable room and were very impressed with the staff we were in contact with, who were all pleasant and helpful. Although we only spent one night in this hotel we would recommend it and it certainly was a happy start to our main holiday

"Great airport hotel"
Booked online through airports own website and got a great rate for overnight stay with breakfast and 15 days parking included in the price. We had an extra 6 days added at a minimal cost of £3GBP per day - bargain. We arrived on the 26th of December to stay before our flight to Newark on the 27th. When we arrived we were checked in with no fuss at all and I was taken to have my car put in the secure car park. At check in we advised of our early departure and the front desk manager arranged for breakfast to be delivered at a suitable time and also booked the free airport shuttle for the right time. We visited the bar after leaving the luggage in the room and had a beer and a Diet Coke. The hotel seemed very quiet, but this may be because it was Boxing Day. Ordered room service and this was delivered really quickly and was a good price. Got to sleep ok despite the fact that the runway for Edinburgh airport was just outside (Gave it that "holiday" feeling). Breakfast was delivered right on time and consisted of cereals, toast, croissants, orange juice and spreads. Bathroom was clean as was the room. Lots of storage space a nice TV with channels and wi-fi if required. Transfer bus was on time and took about 2 minutes to get us to the main terminal, fantastic service. Great hotel to use before or maybe even after flying and I would recommend to anyone to use if you can. I would use the hotel's own website for your booking as it seems cheaper. All in all a GREAT HOTEL.

"Convenient for airport, restaurant very good."
Have stayed in this hotel before, so I was happy to book it again. Last time I stayed in one of the fairly large twin rooms, which was very comfortable and on this occasion I requested a similar room. The hotel is nice and clean and food in the restaurant is very good, so I would stay here again if the occasion arose.
