Located at the top of Balestier Road, the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the city centre and the shopping and entertainment belt of Orchard Road. It is set at the heart of the local community with small shops and restaurants selling a range of local produce within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. A 15-minute drive from Suntec City and the CBD, the hotel also provides a daily complimentary shuttle throughout the day to Novena MRT Station at Novena Square Shopping Centre and then on to Orchard Road. It is approximately 20 minutes from Singapore Expo and Changi International Airport.

Renovated in 2006, this 13-storey business hotel is set in a unique landscape that combines metropolitan with local life. With 240 single, double, twin and triple rooms, including several suites, the hotel offers basic comfort for leisure and business travellers alike. Facilities on offer include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility, lift access, an Internet access with wireless (charges apply), a restaurant and parking for those arriving by car (fees apply). Laundry and dry-cleaning services are also available. The hotel also has a piano lounge with a resident band. For conferences and meetings there is also a grand, theatre-style ballroom on hand for conferences and meetings, which seats 350 people, as well as 2 smaller function rooms.

I was searching a budget hotel for a short stay. I picked this one and really recommend it. The hotel is surprisingly good. Very functional room with a good air condition provided me comfy sleeps. Rich breakfast is served well. Efficient staff. Only 10 min drive from the city centre and also handy for public transport.Comfortable bar area. I would stay again
